Dr. Jay A. Ketch – CEO, CTO, & Chief Solutions Architect

As CTO and CSA, Jay brings 24 years experience of software design, architecture, and systems processing. With expertise in document management, web applications, and activity-based designing, Jay is also Microsoft Certified Professional. Jay was instrumental in the design, development, and implementation of e-commerce sites for Fossil Watches, and Texas Instruments; private intranet repositories, applications, and business systems for Frito-Lay Corp., GTE Corp., RealPage LLC, and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP; patient tracking solutions for CRO's; and a successful patient adherance site for Merck & Co. Inc.

Jay’s strength is in his ability to communicate with his clients, interpret their unique needs and develop software that exceeds customer expectations. His architecture and design utilizes industry standards that are easy to understand, easy to use, reliable, and promote employee-to-employee collaboration to solve real business issues.


Dr. Ron Maltz – Chief Operations Officer

As COO, Ron brings 24 years of business development and management in health care, software, and technology businesses to CWA.

One of Ron's many strengths is the ability to wrap his arms around complex business issues and create win-win resolutions. His ability to prioritize and multi-task while managing to focus on the task at hand gives him a perspective from every angle of a business process.


Linda Rinck – Director of Sales & Marketing

Linda Rinck brings over twenty years of high-profile sales and marketing expertise from international companies such as Shred-It, Inc., Superior Wireless, Pre-Paid Legal Services, and Mary Kay Cosmetics. She works directly with C-level executives, managers, and employees and has established accounts with prominent companies in the Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas markets, such as Raytheon, Deluxe Check Printing, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Aetna Health Systems, ClubCorp, Neiman Marcus, Baylor Hospital, and many others.

Linda's ability to put the client's needs first and create win-win high ROI sales allows her to effectively establish successful ongoing business relationships where others have failed, and thus has a large following of satisfied customers.


Libu Chacko – Senior Solutions Architect

As a Senior Solutions Architect, Libu brings over 5 years of experience in Microsoft Technologies building and deploying business systems used in business, finance, health & fitness, and technology start-up firms. Libu was the principal architect and engineer on a web application used by high-wealth advisors to manage the lives, businesses, and finances of multiple families with a combined worth of over $8B in assets.

Libu's strengths lay in his ability to bring to visual fruition the ideas and concepts proposed by a client. No matter how difficult or confusing a process is, Libu extracts the key components and creates a system that highlights the end-user experience.

Dennis Rufe – Vertical Market Consultant

Dennis’ 36-year background in the information technology industry resulted in developing a deep appreciation for technology and the application of information to improve business processes and decision-making. Dennis’ specialization in providing consulting services and training, and 15 years experience at the senior management level involved establishing strategic direction and planning to implement internal and external customer learning processes for TradePower, LLC, a leading provider of business system software to the wholesale distribution industry.

Direct involvement with over 500 businesses totaling over 14,000 employees provided personal insight into the unique informational needs of businesses to maintain their competitive advantage. Dennis bases his vision of collecting, linking and sharing vital intellectual assets on a keen understanding that businesses “already own” information and processes, and that when coupled with technology and standards, they can lower training costs, reduce redundancies, and promote employee collaboration to solve strategic business issues.


Jalma Marcus – Organizational Development Consultant

Jalma has over 30 years experience as a seasoned Executive coach, educator, leader and organizational consultant with extensive practical management and leadership experience, a gift for clarifying expectations, and a talent for direct and respectful communication. She created and managed projects and departments in both the non-profit and commercial sectors, held faculty and chair positions at Boston College, Villanova University, Bucks County Community College, and Gwynedd Mercy College. Jalma holds a Master of Science from Boston University, and graduate certificates in Organizational Systems from MIT and in Strategic Development from the University of Pennsylvania.  Jalma received certification in Outcomes Management from the New England Health Assembly.

Jalma’s expertise encompasses team development, strategic planning and implementation, performance and process improvement, quality and productivity, outcome management, and leadership development. Her creative and enthusiastic leadership style provides guidance for individuals and groups, to learn, to focus, to communicate clearly, and to get organized.
