E-mail Integration

Connecting the knowledge database content through a closed email system facilitates collaboration between employees assigned to tasks and activities.

Email templates let management set recommended standards, while the integrated email allow employees to send text and document attachments to internal members, contacts, or by selected individual.

Messages are routed to the recipient's preferred email address, enabling an individual to receive his or her messages using the email system with which they are most familiar.
